Depends on scope. Usually not for full renovations; partial jobs are phased room by room. We confirm at the survey.
Can insulation be applied over cracks?
The cause is identified first. If structural concerns exist, an engineer’s opinion is needed before preparing the surface.
Should I climb on the roof to look?
No. For your safety take photos from the ground; we inspect the roof during the survey.
How do I tell if the pool loses water?
Mark the water level at the same time each day and photograph the plant-room fittings; the leak point is found by on-site testing.
Does wood hold up in Muğla’s climate?
It depends on material and protective finish; we state which product we choose and why in the quote.
Does a tiny house need a building permit?
It depends on the land’s zoning and the nature of the structure; no general answer is possible. We first check the parcel status together.
When should garden work start?
Spring and autumn are generally suitable for planting; ground and infrastructure work can be planned earlier.
Do listed buildings need permission?
Depending on registration status, approval from the relevant authority may be required. We clarify the process together; the decision rests with the authority.
